It is with great pleasure that we welcome Peter (Pete) Castelline to SCE Environmental Group as Controller. He will join SCE on September 15th, 2008 and will work out of the Dickson City location. Pete will report directly to the President and will have financial responsibility for all seven SCE businesses. As the SCE Controller, Pete will be responsible for providing financial leadership to our business by ensuring proper financial practices, budgeting and that reporting procedures are followed throughout SCE. In addition, Pete will have responsibility for the SCE Purchasing and Insurance functions and oversee other administrative responsibilities for our business. Pete is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania. He graduated from Marywood University with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is currently pursuing an MBA from Wilkes University. Pete has had a wide variety of work experience including owning his own business, working for a national public accounting firm as well as holding key leadership positions with Diamond Triumph Auto Glass, a $200M local company. At Diamond, he held positions of Vice President of National Sales and Client Services and served as the Controller of that company. As Controller, he managed all aspects of back office operations including call center operations, finance, human resources, field operations for 178 locations, sales, and managed a staff of over 200 employees.
