SCE recently unveiled a new business line. BlueStone, a chemical distributor located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, is focused on the needs of the natural gas industry.
Led by a 35 year veteran in the Pharmaceutical industry, BlueStone specializes in supplying the chemicals required for the hydrofracing and well completion processes. In addition to the warehousing storage in our 25,000 SF heated building, SCE will provide logistics for getting product to the customers. With full rail access and indoor off loading, BlueStone handles bulk shipments and can deliver product to the well site. BlueStone’s logistics includes a fleet of trucks and OSHA trained HAZMAT drivers, bulk liquid services, MSDS management, packaging and product labeling services, rail bulk transfer services and tote blending and dilution. BlueStone will also offer complete blending, mixing and toll manufacturing of friction reducers, biocides, and guar based gels for the entire Marcellus region. |
