Our Northeastern Pennsylvania based local team consists of professional and field service resources throughout the Marcellus Shale region who are able to provide support to any environmental or construction task. We employ more than 80 local field services personnel ranging from environmental technicians, equipment operators, and laborers throughout Northeastern US. Our team performs work throughout the United States for petroleum and oil companies each year. SafetySCE also performs all field work under a behavior-based loss prevention system (LPS) health and safety program. Additionally, SCE can provide audit programs of the well sites to ensure compliance by Company personnel and subcontractors as well as provide training programs on a variety of topics. From confined space entry training to ladder safety, SCE can keep your sites safe and reduce accidents. Site Work and Construction ServicesFrom roadway construction to pond lining / closure, we can offer local field support to cost-effectively and quickly complete the project. We offer a large fleet of our own construction equipment, laborers, and foremen who perform similar tasks every day. In addition to construction equipment, we also offer vac-trucks, soil vacuum work, geoprobes, and soil / sludge mixing services.
Site Restoration, Tank Cleaning, and Waste Disposal ServiceWe are able to restore the site to your specification and ensure compliance with the local Conservation District requirements. We are experienced with re-grading, placing fill, hydroseeding, and soil/waste disposal. SCE owns a fleet of hydro seeders that can restore your land to its original condition. SCE has waste disposal agreements in place with some of the largest landfills and treatment facilities in the US and we offer local services to provide labor, transportation, and waste disposal coordination. SCE has operated beneficial re-use sites and understands the complexities and operational requirements. We currently provide these services for some of the largest oil companies in the world. In addition, we provide decontamination services to clean out and degas tanks, frac tanks, separators, and vessels, as well as provide decontamination services with OSHA 1910.146 (Confined Space) trained personnel.
Spill Response ServicesUpon completion of your drilling project and construction activities, we are able to provide post-drilling assessment reports for internal use or for regulatory agency submittal. This report would analyze and address any environmental impact concerns at the site to ensure that the site activities were conducted in accordance with all permits and regulatory requirements. The SCE team offers spill response field services and management. Currently, we manage many similar programs for petroleum companies throughout the Marcellus Shale region. These services include regulatory coordination and reporting, assessment, response services (including clean-up, excavation work, and soil/waste disposal). We have managed some of the largest emergency response projects in Pennsylvania and New York for our petroleum clients over the past 10 years (including several pipeline release sites in the Marcellus Shale region). We work to minimize our clients’ liabilities, negotiate with regulators, and cost-effectively address risks associated with spills.
Water and Soil TreatmentNot only do we maintain a large fleet of mobile remediation treatment equipment, but through our partners, we own patented and patent-pending innovative technologies, such as ozone and hydrogen peroxide injection to treat up to 1,000,000 gallons per day. We can provide technologies such as aeration, evaporation, carbon treatment, filtration, chemical oxidation, solids removal and more. We also are very experienced in mobile on-site soil and groundwater treatment and currently operate more than 50 on-site groundwater remediation treatment systems within Pennsylvania and New York alone. |
