What is a SCE Environmental Group National Agreement?
A SCE Environmental Group National Agreement identifies unilaterally all terms and conditions of our two companies doing business together. In addition it provides your company with discounted guaranteed rates for the ten EPA regions.
Why would I sign a National Agreement with SCE Environmental Group?
Our contract guarantees fixed rates for a one-year period. Therefore, you can be assured of receiving the same rates regardless of what time of year you are requesting personnel.
Am I bound to using SCE Environmental Group if I sign a National Agreement?
No, the National Agreement is merely a tool to spell out the conditions of doing business together. It does not bind your company to just utilizing our services.
What if I have another agreement in place with another company?
Your contract with the other company will not be affected. SCE Environmental Group can supplement your present contractual arrangements.
Is SCE Environmental Group a union company?
SCE Environmental Group is a non-union company. However, the ability to support projects with union personnel is available through agreements and partnerships with various companies throughout the country.

SCE Environmental Group has the capabilities to staff project in all 50 states as well as Canada and Mexico. SCE Environmental Group maintains personnel for work in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and overseas as well.
Can we hire SCE Environmental Group’s employees after a designated amount of time?
While SCE Environmental Group is not in the permanent placement industry, there are occasions where our clients directly hire our employees. Our standard length of service is 2500 hrs. after which a tendering offer must be paid to SCE Environmental Group.
