Plant Decon & Decommission
SCE Environmental Group prepares facilities and sites for alternative uses and real estate transfer. From underground storage tanks to smoke stacks, our site-specific plant/process decommissioning services provide cost-effective, no-fail solutions. We decontaminate and dismantle process lines, systems, and structures, including steel and concrete. We also offer environmental support services for plant upgrades, modifications, and retrofits.

SCE Environmental Group's highly trained technicians are experienced with sites containing heavy metals, reactive chemicals, PCBs, electroplating wastes, hydro-carbons, and other environmentally sensitive materials. Our extensive experience includes specialized remediation and removal tasks involving hazardous, and/or toxic substances, e.g., decontamination of process vessels and components containing hazardous materials or residues and remediation of sites contaminated with toxins such as mercury, chromium, lead, and arsenic.

  • I truly enjoyed working with SCE on our project; they performed above and beyond each and every day.  Their safety and service were one fo the best I have ever seen.
